Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Relief Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Recovery Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs in our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.
Your role will involve providing ad-hoc cover on rotas to cover instances such as sickness, annual leave, training, and vacancies. You will work with service users in a recovery-focused way, assisting them with daily tasks, planning activities, and promoting independence.
As a Relief Recovery Support Worker, you will be part of a skilled and dedicated team who will support you in your role. You will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts, and offers directions.
The shift pattern includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be paid on a weekly basis. We are a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization who value diversity and promote equality. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our service users and staff.
