We are seeking a Relief Recovery Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs at our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke. Your role will include providing ad-hoc cover on the rotas, working with service users in a recovery-focused way, and assisting with daily activities.
