Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Support Worker to join our team at one of our care homes in Stoke on Trent. As a Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Assist residents with their meals and drinks, ensuring they receive the nutrition and hydration they need to stay healthy.
- Support residents with their medication, including administration and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
