Specialist Female Care Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist Female Care Support Worker to join our team at Cera Care in Stoke. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
About the RoleThis position involves providing care and support to a 15-year-old female client with significant mobility and cognitive difficulties, moderate global development delay, severe learning disability, and epilepsy. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the client with daily activities, including morning and evening routines, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Working HoursThe working hours for this role are as follows:
- Week 1: Monday - Friday 7am - 9am, Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 5:30pm
- Week 2: Tuesday - Friday 7am - 9am, Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 5:30pm
- Saturday 10am - 4pm (initially covered but may be required to cover holidays)
