As a Mental Health Therapist Leader, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to deliver person-centred care. You will work closely with patients and carers to maximise choice, independence, and rehabilitation opportunities.

This post offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced acute environment, where prompt assessment and decision-making are essential to facilitate safe and timely discharges from hospital. You will also have the opportunity to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and with community providers.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC. You will also have experience working within mental health services or neurology services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
