**Job Title:** Mental Health Nurse

**About the Role:**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care to patients experiencing mental health issues. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualised care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses, adhering to prescribed treatments.
  • Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and their families, fostering a therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement treatment strategies and evaluate patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health nursing.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety.
**Requirements:**
  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • PMVA Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices, particularly in mental health settings.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This compensation reflects the company's commitment to providing competitive remuneration for exceptional candidates.
