About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to younger adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities in our community 7 bedded service based in Nottingham.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, valid NMC registration, and a minimum of five years' experience in learning disability/autism/mental health/community/NHS or private settings. Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach are essential for this role. We offer an annual salary of up to £43,680, 6.6 weeks' annual leave, performance-based bonus, excellent training and progression packages, free meals on shift, and on-site parking.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure younger adults receive high-quality care, while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
