Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care needs
  • Assisting with meal times and snack provision
  • Understanding and addressing individual health and wellbeing requirements
  • Encouraging participation in social activities and events
  • Promoting choice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
  • Maintaining accurate care records
