We are seeking a motivated and experienced Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Muve Homecare, providing high-quality care and support for children, young people, and adults with complex health needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £15,000 per annum, based on a 35-hour working week, plus benefits including holiday pay and pension contributions.
About the Role:- Provide expert care and support, helping clients to maintain their independence and autonomy.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, sharing information and updates as necessary.
- At least 1 year of experience in Complex Care in the UK, with a strong understanding of care planning and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
