About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Adult Care Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal care.
- Support health-related issues: Monitor and report any changes or concerns to our Nurse Managers.
- Work collaboratively: Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
