Community Support Specialist

Cream Home Care is committed to delivering high-quality care to vulnerable adults in their homes. We are seeking community support specialists to join our team. The role involves providing personal care, preparing meals, cleaning, managing medication, and accompanying clients to appointments. You will also engage in companionship activities such as chatting and listening.

  1. Deliver personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
  2. Prepare and serve meals to clients.
  3. Clean and maintain client homes.
  4. Manage medications for clients.
  5. Accompany clients to appointments and provide transportation.
  6. Assist clients with shopping and errands.

The salary for this position is approximately £11.00 per hour. Additional benefits include:

The Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends
