**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Practitioner to join our team. As an Adult Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting specialist assessments in accordance with service specifications.

You will work collaboratively with service users and carers to promote their health and wellbeing. In addition, you will provide written reports for Crown or Magistrates Courts and offer recommendations as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct specialist assessments in accordance with service specifications

**Salary Range:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

**Location:** This is an IT support group (Note: Please adjust according to your actual location)

**Estimated Salary:** £38,500 per annum based on UK national average salary data
