We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mental Health Community Practitioner to join our team at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support services for children and young people experiencing mental health challenges.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) tailored to meet their individual needs. You will be supported by our experienced Practice Education Team, who will provide guidance and supervision throughout your career with us.

As a Mental Health Community Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one therapeutic interventions with children and families, signposting them to appropriate support services, and working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
