To succeed in this role, you'll need to be compassionate, adaptable, and able to work independently as part of a dynamic team. You'll also require a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, as well as the ability to commit to a variety of shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £20,000 per annum, based on the national average for a Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent. In addition to a generous package, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing companionship, support with personal care, mobility assistance, medication oversight, and help with household tasks. Your role will involve running errands, such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions, and assisting with daily living activities.
