Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Relief Recovery Support Worker, you will work on an ad-hoc basis to provide person-centred care and support to individuals in our Nursing and Residential homes services. Your responsibilities will include working with service users in a recovery-focused way, assisting them with daily tasks, and supporting them to achieve their goals.
You will be part of a skilled and dedicated team who will provide you with the necessary guidance and support. Our shift pattern includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, and you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country.
BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country.
