School Support Worker Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Support Worker Lead to join our team at Academics Ltd. About the Role:

As a School Support Worker Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans for students with SEMH needs
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to manage their behavior and develop essential life skills
  • Contributing to creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth
