Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading shifts and deputising for the Registered Manager. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that Residential Care Workers are up-to-date with mandatory learning and maintaining accurate written records.
You will play a key role in communicating with the team, raising awareness of individual care plans, and contributing to team and staff meetings. Additionally, you will provide support and care to young people, encourage them in education or current schooling, and travel with them to and from school or college.
The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license, a desire to obtain a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and 12 months of experience in a Residential setting (desirable).
Key Benefits include a rate of pay up to £13.99 per hour, free on-shift meals and parking, training and development plans, and additional overtime rates.
