Job Title: Learning Disability Support Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Disability Support Professional. This role involves working with students with a wide range of learning disabilities, including MLD, PMLD, and Autism (ASC).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with hearing and visual impairments, communication needs, medical and physical needs, and speech and communication requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Provide personal care and medical support as needed.
- Assist with physical activities and outings.
