Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Bank Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor the health needs of patients with learning disabilities, developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support patients in daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity, while educating patients and their families about health management and available services.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in learning disabilities care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid registration and current practice certificate.
  • Experience working with patients with learning disabilities, with a strong understanding of their complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients.
