At Apex Careers and Staffing Limited, we are seeking a skilled Night Nurse RNLD to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse RNLD to provide high-quality care to patients with learning disabilities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the health needs of our patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and supporting patients in daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor the health needs of patients with learning disabilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Support patients in daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity, and providing education on health management and available services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring open communication and shared goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD).
- Proven experience working with adults with learning disabilities, preferably in a community or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
