Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Nurse RNLD to join our team at Apex Careers and Staffing Limited. As a Night Nurse RNLD, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor the health needs of patients with learning disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, promoting patient-centered care.
  • Support patients in daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity, and providing education on health management and available services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with patients with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shift work.
