Key Responsibilities

  • Medication Management
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosing and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Support and Education
    • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their health and make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
