About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Autism Support Specialist to join our team in Somerset. This full-time position requires flexibility to meet the needs of the individuals supported and their families, including evening and weekend working.

As an Autism Support Specialist, you will be responsible for helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals, supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community, developing individuals' home making skills and personal chores, and transforming lives and achieving results for autistic adults.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including excellent training and development programme, career progression opportunities, enhanced overtime and additional payments for sleep-in and on call, access to a 24-hour Employee Assistance counselling programme, competitive pension scheme, and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient and supportive towards the needs of autistic people, patient and committed to providing excellent support, and in possession of a driving licence (minimum one year).
