About the Role
As a Care Assistant at ECL, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely in their own homes and local communities. This involves providing personal care, supporting with mobility, and assisting with daily living tasks. No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
You will be assigned a mentor who will work alongside you until you feel confident in the role. With guaranteed contracted hours, we offer ongoing specialist training, nationally recognized qualifications, and well-being support to help you progress within the company.

- 12.69 per hour weekdays, 14.69 per hour weekends
