Job Title: Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to our service users, enabling them to gain more independence in their daily lives. This may involve teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and promoting social inclusion.

You will work within a dynamic team environment, supporting a fantastic group of people at our residential service located in Burnham on Sea. Our service features a recently updated sensory room, providing unlimited access for our service users.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,960 per annum, based on a 39-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
