About the Role


We are seeking a talented Social Support Specialist to join our team in Rothesay. As a key member of our Home Care, Mobile Home Care and Responder services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and promoting the independence of people in our community.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support individuals to live independently in their own homes
  • Provide personal care and support with daily activities
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs
  • Offer emotional support and companionship
  • Work proactively to prevent hospital admissions
