Role Overview:
Elysium Healthcare, part of Ramsay Health Care, seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join its team at The Farndon Unit. This purpose-built low secure hospital provides personalized assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways for women with complex care needs.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, delivering structured activities and assisting in planning individual and group therapeutic interventions. Building one-to-one relationships with service users is essential to encourage participation and empower recovery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary team staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate records, documenting details in service users' healthcare records.
- Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team that values dedication to delivering high-quality care.

This role comes with an estimated salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
