About the Role:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to work in a low secure hospital setting, providing personalized assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways for women with complex care needs.

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, delivering structured activities and assisting in planning individual and group therapeutic interventions. You will build strong relationships with service users to encourage participation and empower recovery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary team staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
  • Record and maintain accurate information in service users' healthcare records.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team that prioritizes high-quality care.
