Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to join our team at The Wildlife Trusts. As an Administrative Assistant for Senior Leaders, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities.

About Us:
The Wildlife Trusts is a federated movement of 46 charities working together to make a difference for wildlife in the UK. We believe that everyone has the right to live in harmony with nature and have been protecting wildlife and wild places since 1978.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including preparing documents, managing diaries, and coordinating meetings
* Maintain accurate records and files, both physically and digitally
* Develop and implement effective systems to improve productivity and efficiency
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:
* Strong administrative skills and experience of supporting senior leaders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
