Job Summary: Empowering Learning seeks an experienced Teaching Support Professional to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant, specializing in supporting students with ASD and other SEND requirements. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role:
• Provide individualized support to students with SEND during lessons, activities, and daily care routines.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans for students with complex needs.
• Assist with planning and implementing inclusive activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience working with students with SEND or ASD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Basic first aid training and willingness to participate in additional training and professional development.
