Academic Support Specialist

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist to provide tailored guidance to GCSE students. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree, teaching qualification, and proven experience in tutoring or teaching at the GCSE level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans to address individual learning needs of GCSE students

Requirements
- A relevant degree in Education or a subject related to the GCSE curriculum
- Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
