Education Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Education Support Worker to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering lesson material, building relationships with parents, and contributing to the overall educational experience of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and delivering lesson material tailored to meet the specific needs of students with SEN, including those with ASD and ADHD.
• Building strong relationships with parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
About the Role:
This is a long-term to permanent position, starting as soon as possible. The salary for this role is £95-£105 per annum. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional education and has a strong commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
