Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEN teacher who can provide high-quality tuition to students with various learning needs. As a Special Needs Educator, you will work closely with our team to deliver engaging and tailored lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.

  • You will be responsible for planning and delivering Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.
  • You will need to complete lesson reports and provide feedback on student progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Professional Teaching Qualification (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
  • Two professional references
