Educational Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Serendipitys Day Nursery. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education, with a focus on delivering engaging and interactive activities for children aged 0-5 years. A competitive salary of £8.50 - £11.20 per hour (dependent on experience) is offered, along with a range of benefits including employee assistance programs, bike-to-work schemes, ongoing professional development opportunities, bank holiday entitlement, and company pension plans.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of the nursery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in early years education or a related field
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the nursery
