Role Description: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team at The Barcode Warehouse Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion by identifying, developing, and executing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Your primary focus will be on generating quality high-value opportunities to support the wider sales team and business plan. This will involve generating new opportunities from existing and lapsed accounts, inbound lead qualification, relationship building, CRM maintenance and management, proactive identification of quality opportunities, and outbound sales activity. Additionally, you will be responsible for account-based sales activity for key target accounts, using your expertise to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and account management. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or software sales would be an added advantage. In terms of education, a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, marketing, or communications would be preferred.
