Elysium Healthcare is recruiting an Occupational Therapist Assistant to work in a dynamic team environment. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users with complex needs.
Key aspects of the job include working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, delivering structured activities, and assisting in planning individual and group therapeutic interventions. Building positive relationships with service users is crucial to encourage participation and empower recovery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other multidisciplinary team staff in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
- Accurately record and maintain information in service users' healthcare records.
- Participate in a collaborative team environment that emphasizes excellent care delivery.
