Mental Health Support Specialist

Our induction programme is designed to equip new staff members with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care. This includes comprehensive face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced colleagues. We also provide the support required for new recruits to complete their Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to their role, in partnership with Paragon Skills.
The hourly rate for this role is £11.44, which translates to a per annum salary of approximately £23,569 (based on 42 hours per week) for those aged 23 years and over, with National Living Wage applied pro-rata based on contracted hours.
