About the Role
  • Provide individualised support to students with Autism, assisting them with their learning, behaviour, and integration into the school environment.

  • Offer behavioural support, helping students manage challenges and develop skills for independent learning.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure tailored, effective support.

Requirements
  • A degree from a top 30 UK University.
  • Previous experience working with SEN children, specifically those with Autism, is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children and adults.
  • Patient, compassionate, and determined to support students with additional needs.
  • A passion for educating and helping students overcome challenges to reach their potential.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £22,500 and £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
