About the Role:
Ribbons & Reeves Limited is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Special Education Support Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in North West London. As a Special Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with SEND such as ASD, Speech and Language Needs, ADHD, and EBD.

Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students, enabling them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Your duties will include assisting students with personal care, speech and language interventions, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Psychology degree from a Top-20 UK University, child-centered experience, and a practical, patient, and calm personality. You will also have an advantage if you have worked with children with a diagnosis of Autism before. Experience with personal care and speech and language interventions is welcomed, as is your aspiration to work in the education sector or as a psychologist. You must be living in the UK, located close to Harrow.
