SEN Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job DescriptionAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs. You will assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs to help them access the curriculum.
- Work closely with teachers to implement IEPs and track student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and other professionals to share information about student progress and goals.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere by promoting social skills and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
