Special Education Needs Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing targeted support to small groups or individual students, managing classroom behaviour, and supervising students during break times and lunch. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with planning and delivering lessons to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
- Provide targeted support to students with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Contribute to creating a positive and respectful classroom environment, fostering effective relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
- Supervise students during breaks and lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
