Job Description: Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team, working closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Aspire People, a reputable education agency, is committed to providing exceptional support and resources for our clients and candidates alike.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEN, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing targeted support to students with SEN, and contributing to maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.

Requirements:
  1. Degree in a relevant field, such as Special Education or a related subject.
  2. Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  4. Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
