**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child who has ASD in Key Stage 3.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and be able to use different approaches to manage behavior.

The role involves using teaching aids to support the child's learning and development.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic SEN TA who is committed to making a positive difference in the life of this young boy.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working with children with ASD or similar needs
  • Ability to implement individualized education plans

Salary and Benefits
