Role Description: We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive primary school environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support services.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement tailored learning plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Contribute to creating a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within the school community.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of supporting pupils with SEN, including 1-to-1 support.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
