Primary SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate primary school SEN support worker to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) on a one-to-one basis, ensuring their progress and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, both in the classroom and during other activities.
- Assist students with their learning, ensuring they understand instructions and complete tasks to the best of their ability.
- Adapt and modify materials and resources to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and track student progress, recording observations and feedback for evaluation.
- Collaborate with class teachers and other professionals involved in student education, such as speech therapists or occupational therapists, to ensure consistent support.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering student independence and self-confidence.
- Manage any behavioral issues that may arise, using appropriate strategies and techniques.
- Ensure student safety and well-being at all times, taking into consideration individual needs.
Salary: £85-£95 per day.
