Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Adult Services Coordinator to join our team in the Lincolnshire region.

This role involves providing person-centered support to adults with autism, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. The successful candidate will work closely with service users, families, and other professionals to deliver tailored support packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
  • Provide practical and emotional support to enable individuals to achieve their goals and live independently.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address individual needs.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Salary: £27,000 per annum, plus additional sleep-in payments. This is a full-time, permanent contract with 40 hours per week. A shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off applies.
