Social Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced social care worker to join our team in the Lincolnshire region, supporting adults with autism to live fulfilling lives.
About the Role:This position involves providing person-centered support to adults with autism, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. The successful candidate will work closely with service users, families, and other professionals to deliver tailored support packages.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
- Provide practical and emotional support to enable individuals to achieve their goals and live independently.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address individual needs.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum, plus additional sleep-in payments. This is a full-time, permanent contract with 40 hours per week. A shift pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off applies.
