We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Specialist Teaching Assistant** with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Could this be you?
As a **Specialist Teaching Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our SEN students receive the support and guidance they need to thrive and fulfil their full potential. Collaborating closely with class teachers and our committed SENCo, you will create a nurturing and enjoyable learning environment where students are valued and equipped to conquer challenges.

**About the Role and You**
**Contract type**:Part-time
**Working pattern**: 3 Days a week, Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £13 an hour
**Start date**: Immediate start available
**What Are We Looking For?**
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of two years’ experience working one-to-one with SEN pupils.
- Specific experience working with autism is essential.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with diverse learning needs.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
