Behaviour Specialist

Newark-on-Trent (NG24)

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate students' behaviour and develop individualised behaviour management plans
  • Implement behaviour intervention strategies and provide support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and track progress of behaviour plans and make adjustments as needed
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Relevant qualification in education
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
  • Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
