We are seeking an Infrastructure Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to collaborate with our Project Management Team and National Highways to identify and map stakeholders whose interests can be affected by a major infrastructure project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop administrative tools, documents, and trackers to maintain throughout design, construction, and handover of the scheme.
  • Drive and influence stakeholder behaviours to help achieve the project's vision, mission, and strategy.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and communication strategies to secure stakeholder support for the project proposals.
  • Engender understanding of the project's vision, mission, and strategy across its stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing landowners/external stakeholders in a major infrastructure project environment.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills/data management capabilities.
